We opened the windows by my wife is a light sleeper and street noise was a bother. It appears that at that time of the year the system was set for winter thus heat. We tried to get the A/C turn on and all we could get was the vents to work. The only issue we had is that for late October Madrid was quite warm. The breakfast was great with freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruits, breads etc. The rooms are clean, nice and comfortable. This is a boutique hotel and the staff go a long way to make your stay enjoyable.
